Should I repair or replace my roof?
It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A few damaged shingles, a vent or a flashing detail can be repaired. Widespread curling, granule loss or multiple leaks usually point to replacement. We inspect, take photos and give you an honest answer.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are finished in a few working days once materials arrive. Size, pitch, the number of old layers and weather all play a part, and you get the schedule in writing before we start.
Do you offer emergency service?
If water is coming in, call us right away. We'll get someone out as soon as we can to stop the water and assess the damage, then schedule the permanent repair.
Do you help with hail and insurance claims?
Yes. Our hail inspections are done by a Haag certified inspector, we document the damage with photos and a written report, and we collaborate with your insurance provider through the claim.
What warranty do you offer?
The materials we install carry manufacturer warranties, and our workmanship is backed by our own warranty. We'll give you the warranty terms for your specific job in writing with your estimate.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial roofing, siding and exterior work, from small repairs to large scale projects.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Calgary and work across Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane and Chestermere. If your town isn't listed, call and ask.
