Caught early, they're a straightforward repair. Left alone, water finds the decking, the insulation and eventually the ceiling. When you call us for a repair, we find where the water is actually getting in, which is often not where the stain shows up inside.
We replace damaged shingles with a matched product, reseal or replace vents and pipe boots, rebuild flashing at walls, chimneys and skylights, and repair soft decking underneath when we find it. Every repair is photographed so you can see what we found and what we fixed. If we think the roof is past repairing, we'll tell you why and show you the photos, and you decide what happens next.

Do you offer emergency roof repairs?
If water is coming in, call us right away. We'll get someone out as soon as we can to stop the water and assess the damage, then schedule the permanent repair.
Can you match my existing shingles?
In most cases, yes. We match the manufacturer, style and colour as closely as possible. On an older roof the new shingles may look a little brighter until they weather in.
Will my insurance cover the repair?
Storm and hail damage is often covered. We document the damage with photos and a Haag certified inspection and work with your insurance provider on the claim.
